Tracy is a digital marketing strategist and website designer with over 20 years experience in the entertainment industry. Her background as a professional actress, musician and producer, gave her a unique perspective on marketing and creative branding techniques that has allowed her to become a “go to” branding and digital marketing strategist for celebrities, entertainment professionals, and businesses. Tracy founded Biz Chica Media in 2009 and has successfully achieved double-digit growth in engagement and audience by building digital experiences that maximize virtual outreach and emotional brand connection

LAUREN KOZAK
CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER

With almost 20 years experience, Lauren is deeply knowledgeable about building audiences and influencing user behavior via social media and community. Lauren also specializes in data-driven marketing, understanding superfan psychology, and is more than a little obsessed with marketing funnels. Lauren was marketing on social media before Twitter or YouTube had even launched. She started Britney Spears’ Twitter from scratch, which soon became the third account to ever reach 1 million followers. At Los Angeles Times & Tribune Publishing, Lauren oversaw social media analytics, strategy and audience acquisition for all 8 newspapers. Her agency work has included The Gates Foundation, Disney, MTV, NBC, Fox, Nestle and Dove and many more.

PHILIP MCADOO, ED.D
DIR. DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

Dr. Philip McAdoo is a thought leader in the field of diversity and inclusion. He has an extensive background working with organizations such as Earthjustice, Sidwell Friends School, Disney Theatricals and more. Philip understands that to compete in an increasingly global market, organizations must make concerted efforts to develop and promote talent from underrepresented groups. Through his consulting work, he has collaborated with a number of nonprofits and educational institutions to help them optimize their training, development, and succession planning strategies so that diverse talent is represented. In addition, he is dedicated to developing the next generation of DEI leaders, and teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses on the subject.

KELLY CHAPMAN
VP, MARKETING

Kelly has won numerous awards as a business and marketing executive. She was a Senior Vice President for The RLJ Companies, working with BET Founder Bob Johnson, as well as Director, Diversity Recruiting and Marketing at Microsoft Corporation. In these roles, she led strategic planning, recruiting and branding initiatives to attract a diverse talent pool for employment opportunities. Under Chapman’s leadership, Microsoft’s www.youatmicrosoft.com won the coveted global “Webby” for Best Employment Website, and the function won the ERE award for Best Diversity Recruiting Program. Chapman has an MBA from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Krystle is an accomplished writer and content strategist. From developing social media content to writing for a variety of clients, Krystle has lent her talents to Soap Opera Digest, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, and numerous online entertainment publications. She has covered a plethora of shows for artists and musicians as well as developed content for business executives and brands. Krystle is the voice behind some of your favorite celebrities and brands on social media.

Gilesa Thomas is a well rounded digital marketer with a measurable track record, led by her passion for creative data-driven solutions. Her professional diverse background in B2B, B2C, in-house and agency marketing has expanded her perspective, as well as, contributed to her unique experience. Beyond marketing, Gilesa has great enthusiasm for theatre, video games, fitness, and roller derby.

Greg Cally is an African-American Director/Screenwriter/Producer whose recent film production credits include Dwyane Wade’s ESPN feature film documentary “Wade: Life Unexpected,” his award winning short film, “Fifteen,” the Tidal exclusive mini-series, “After Hours,” his award winning mid-length feature film “Anime,” and HBO Vice’s Emmy Award winning documentary “Raised In The System.” Greg Cally is also the CEO of Redhouse Visuals, which is a production house offering creative solutions for all visual needs.  Cally has a Bachelor’s degree in English from Queens College. He attributes much of his success and cinematic style to the fusion of his strong writing background and his eye for detail.
